This is a 1957 35hp Johnson outboard that we have fully restored and is in great running condition. Our mechanics restored this engine mechanically and then cosmetically with a dupont paint job and new decals. These are very desirable outboards as they are from the iconic 50's era. This 35 hp Johnson has a fuel pump so it will work with your modern gas tanks. This is an electric and pull start, remote model. This motor only weighs 135lbs, the weight of the average 25 hp today. If you are in the market for a 25-40hp outboard this is the motor! This is a 2 stroke, 2 cylinder outboard with forward-Neutral-Reverse. The shaft length on this motor is 15" which makes it a short shaft.
