This is a 2-Stroke Johnson 9.9 HP Outboard that runs excellent. This Johnson 9.9hp has a 15" short shaft. This outboard has been fully boat tested and is ready to go. This motor only weighs 75lbs and delivers plenty of power for any application. This engine has loads of power and is very tight! In fact we were very impressed on how well it starts with little effort on the pull starter. The great thing about 9.9hp outboards is that you can fish lakes that require a 10hp or less. That is one of the main reasons outboards come in 9.9hp. Compression is strong on this motor! Perfect engine to use on a sailboat, back up kicker, trolling motor, Boston Whaler, Carolina Skiff, Inflatable, jon boat, Gheenoe, aluminum boat, fiberglass skiff, lake boat, or any transom that requires a 15" short shaft.
