This is a 25" shaft 200 hp Yamaha HPDI outboard boat motor. This engine has the following features: high pressure direct fuel injection(HPDI technology), power tilt and trim, oil injection, 6 cylinders, and it weighs 473lbs. We have fully boat tested this outboard and it is ready to run. We put Yamaha Vmax decals on this engine to match the black cowling. Compression on this motor is very good at about 105-110psi even. This motor was fully serviced in July 2014 with with a new Yamaha impeller and housing. These engines typically run around 3-4mpg at cruise on most boating applications.
